Through YUTU Fitness, founder Linda Mrkic has had the privilege to be able to serve & help many people help themselves improve their strength, health and fitness. Whatever fitness levels individuals are at, together with team work, learning safe technique, building strength and confidence with exercising and developing lifelong healthy habits, is at the core.

I have been doing classes twice a day for many years and felt I needed to be taken to the next level with fitness, strength, and core. I researched trainers online and came across Linda again. First tick for me was she had completed a Masters of Sports Science so I knew she would be good from Scientific and Physical aspect as I have back and knee problems, second, she was doing virtual training. Virtual sessions paid an integral part in returning to the gym. My confidence built up as well due to previous injuries. Then Linda asked what I want to achieve. I'm turning 50 and would love to do one chin up. Challenge accepted and we slowly built up the strength to achieve this. In addition, I never thought I would be doing weight squat, deadlifts, 10/10 planks for over 10 minutes, completing a 5km run. Linda has been my saviour and will always be grateful for the encouragement and support as I continue my journey.
