Our services are primarily conducted in person out of Goodlife Health Club Docklands and Royal South Yarra Tennis Club. We also offer Online/Virtual Training (however spaces are limited).

If you are interested in continuing to nourish or even start a fitness & wellness routine, especially during this Covid-19 Pandemic, please feel free to contact us for further details. Spots are limited, however we will try our best to accommodate & if need be, will refer you on to trusted industry colleagues.

PERSONAL TRAINING

1 on 1 Personal training (minimum 10 weeks) includes:

  • Full health & fitness appraisal (re-testing every 6-12 months).
  • VO2max Testing.
  • Full postural analysis and posture for training teachings.
  • Nutritional (healthy eating) & weight loss coaching (only if desired).
  • Regular body composition assessments and progress tracking (includes measurements & photos taken every 5-8 weeks).
  • Complete customized exercise solo programs & exercise planning. 1st Program complimentary, ongoing $50 per program. $100 for non-clients.
  • Guidance and coaching on how best to achieve your total fitness & wellness results (includes online/tele coaching if not available to come into the health club).
  • Private Facebook group access. Continued support with recipes, tips, strategies, videos, photos, reading materials. Group only for current clients.
  • Please search & request to be added: “YUTU Fitness Personal Training”. Please note: if you do not have FB, these will be either emailed or sent to you via sms/text message.
  • Complimentary Weekly Virtual Bootcamp Access.

GROUP TRAINING

​Private Small Group Sessions (min 2 max 4 participants)

  • High Intensity Interval Training
  • Total Body Workout (30 or 45 mins)

ONLINE/VIRTUAL TRAINING

Some key ingredients to effective virtual/online training (& what YUTU subscribes to) are as follows:

  • Weekly video conferencing (via FaceTime, Skype, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Zoom) is imperative.
  • This weekly consult (which in most cases is on the same day & time each week) & is essential for increased positive outcomes & results. 
  • Additional support. Along with weekly video consulting:
    • @myfitnesspal mentoring/supervision
    • daily/weekly emails/sms/private social media group community notifications
    • customised fitness & therapeutic movement programming is offered along with virtual coaching support during client workout time.
    • A smart phone/computer with video/ & a small space at home is all that is required.

If you don’t have any extra fitness equipment, that is perfectly ok, as we can create & overcome problematic challenges together. It is important though, that you do have a safe space to exercise in with no hazardous areas or furniture which may impede your movement patterns.

This service is available globally, (with a minimum of a 10 session commitment & billed in $AUD). YUTU has successfully coached people in the USA, Europe & the Middle East via the online program.

WELLNESS & FAT LOSS

Weight Management & Wellness Coaching (minimum 10 weeks) also available online.

We also provide workshops where possible, including to corporate groups.
